Text

All adjustments, arbitrations, settlements and examinations of books, invoices and accounts shall be had at the town, city or neighborhood where the fire occurs, unless some other place be agreed upon between the insurer and the assured after the loss shall have occurred without regard to any provision in the policy to the contrary.
