Text

The provisions of sections 379.110 to 379.120 shall apply to that portion of policies of automobile insurance providing bodily injury and property damage liability, comprehensive, and collision coverages and to the provisions therein, if any, relating to medical payments and uninsured motorists coverage, which takes effect subsequent to September 28, 1973.
