Text
Any number of persons, not less than seven, a majority of whom being citizens and residents of the state of Missouri, may associate themselves and form a company, for the purpose of making insurance on the lives of individuals, and every insurance pertaining thereto or connected therewith on the stipulated premium plan, as defined and regulated herein, and may provide for indemnity against death or disability of the insured occasioned by sickness, accident, old age or otherwise.
