Any domestic life insurer or reinsurer may also reinsure, by itself, or together with other insurance companies, subject to any limitations, approval or rules promulgated by the director of the department of commerce and insurance, any risk arising from, related to, or incident to the manufacture, ownership or operation of aircraft.
