Text

1.  As used in this section, operative date of the valuation manual shall have the same meaning as set forth in section 376.365 . 2.  In the case of policies issued on or after the operative date of this section, as defined in subsection 20 of this section, no policy of life insurance, except as stated in subsection 19 of this section, shall be delivered or issued for delivery in this state unless it shall contain in substance the following provisions, or corresponding provisions which in the opinion of the director of the department of commerce and insurance are at least as favorable to the defaulting or surrendering policyholder as are the minimum requirements specified in this section and are essentially in compliance with subsection 18 of this section:
