Text

1.If any provision of sections 375.950 to 375.990 or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of sections 375.950 to 375.990 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of sections 375.950 to 375.990 are declared to be severable.
2.Sections 375.950 to 375.990 shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states that enact it.
