Text
When a foreign insurance company has complied with the requirements of this chapter and all other requirements imposed on the company by existing laws and has paid charges imposed by law, the director shall file in his office the documents delivered to him and shall issue to the company a certificate of authority to transact in this state the kinds of business specified therein.
