Text

1.  The association shall issue to each insurer paying an assessment under sections 375.771 to 375.779 a certificate of contribution, in appropriate form and terms as prescribed by the director, for the amount so paid.  All outstanding certificates shall be of equal dignity and priority without reference to amounts or dates of issue. 2.  A certificate of contribution may be shown by the insurer in its financial statements as an admitted asset for such amount and period of time, as follows:

(1)One hundred percent for the calendar year of issuance;
(2)Sixty-six and two-thirds percent for the first calendar year after the year of issuance;
(3)Thirty-three and one-third percent for the second year after the year of issuance which shall be the last year each such certificate shall be
