Text

When all assets justifying the expense of collection and distribution have been collected and distributed under sections 375.1150 to 375.1246 , the liquidator shall apply to the court for discharge.  The court may grant the discharge and make any other orders, including an order to transfer any remaining funds that are uneconomical to distribute pursuant to section 375.1224 , as may be deemed appropriate.  This section shall be applicable to proceedings instituted before and after August 28, 1991.
