Text
Insurance producers acting on behalf of an applicant for insurance or insured shall negotiate contracts of insurance only with authorized domestic insurance companies, licensed insurance * producers, foreign insurance companies duly admitted to do business in this state, or with a duly licensed surplus lines broker.
