Text

1.The provisions of this section shall apply to all domestic, foreign and alien insurers who are authorized to transact business in this state, and shall also apply to those companies organized and authorized to transact business in this state pursuant to the provisions of chapter 354 , 377 , 378 or 381 .
2.Each domestic, foreign and alien insurer who is authorized to transact insurance in this state, and each company organized and authorized to transact business in this state pursuant to the provisions of chapter 354 , 377 , 378 or 381 , shall annually, on or before March first of each year, file with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners a copy of its annual statement convention blank, along with such additional filings as prescribed by the director of the department o
