Text
1.Applications for examination and licensure as a surety recovery agent shall be submitted on forms prescribed by the department and shall contain such information as the department requires, along with a copy of the front and back of a photographic identification card.
2.Each application shall be accompanied by proof satisfactory to the director that the applicant is a citizen of the United States and has a high school diploma or a general educational development certificate (GED). An applicant shall furnish evidence of such person's qualifications by completing an approved surety recovery agent course with at least twenty-four hours of initial minimum training.
