Text
1.The department of commerce and insurance may require that fingerprint submissions be made as part of an application seeking a license, or renewal of a license, for and as a general bail bond agent, a bail bond agent, or a surety recovery agent, as such terms are defined in section 374.700 .
2.If the department of commerce and insurance requires that fingerprint submissions be made as part of such application, the department of commerce and insurance shall require applicants to submit the fingerprints to the Missouri state highway patrol for the purpose of conducting a state and federal fingerprint-based criminal history background check.
3.The fingerprints and any required fees shall be sent to the Missouri state highway patrol's central repository. The fingerprints shall be use
