Text

1.The actuary shall perform those duties usually performed by actuaries and such other duties in connection with the department as the director may direct.
2.All fees allowed or paid to the actuary as provided by law shall be paid to the director of revenue and shall be deposited to the credit of the department of commerce and insurance fund.
