Within ten days after any director, officer, or other person has been suspended from office, prohibited from participation in the conduct of the affairs of a credit union, or both, under subsection 3 of section 370.157 , such director, officer, or other person may apply to the circuit court of the county in which the credit union is located or the circuit court of Cole County for a stay of such suspension or prohibition pending the completion of the administrative proceedings under the notice served upon such director, officer, or other person under subsection 1 or 2 of section 370.157 , and such court shall have jurisdiction to stay such suspension or prohibition.
