Text
The director shall send a copy of the proposed final examination report to the examined credit union within at least thirty days before the final adoption of the examination report. Such credit union shall be asked to comment and suggest corrections to the proposed final examination report. Such comments and suggestions shall be considered by the director. The director shall maintain on file all comments and suggested corrections received from a credit union for a proposed final examination report.
