If any person, firm, partnership or corporation to whom or which sections 367.100 to 367.200 apply, or any officer, agent or representative of such person, firm, partnership or corporation violates any of the provisions of said sections or shall attempt to transact any supervised business whatsoever in the name or on behalf of such person, firm, partnership or corporation, while he or it fails or refuses to comply with provisions of sections 367.100 to 367.200 , each such person, firm, partnership, or corporation, agent, officer, or representative shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
