In the event any lender fails, refuses, or neglects to comply with the provisions of sections 367.100 to 367.200 , or of any laws of the state of Missouri relating to consumer credit loans or assignment or sale of wages, or salaries or other compensation, his or its certificate of registration for the place of business at which the violation occurred, may be suspended or revoked by order of the director after a hearing before said director on any order to show cause why such order of suspension or revocation should not be entered specifying the grounds therefor which shall be served on the particular lender at least ten days prior to the hearing.
