Text

An out-of-state bank may, with the approval of the director of the division of finance, relocate its main banking house up to thirty miles to a location in Missouri.  The director shall grant a certificate of incorporation to any out-of-state bank which has relocated its main office to Missouri pursuant to the provisions of this section.
