Text

Each official communication directed by the finance director or one of his deputies to a bank or trust company or to any officer thereof, relating to an examination or investigation conducted by the division of finance or containing suggestions or recommendations as to the conduct of the business of the bank or trust company, shall be submitted, by the officer receiving it, to the board of directors at the next meeting of the board, and duly noted in the minutes of the meetings of the board.
