Within ten days after any director, officer, or other person has been suspended from office, prohibited from participation in the conduct of the affairs of a corporation, or both, under subsection 4 * of section 361.262 , such director, officer, or other person may apply to the circuit court of the county in which the corporation is located or the circuit court of Cole County, for a stay of such suspension or prohibition pending the completion of the administrative proceedings pursuant to the notice served upon such director, officer, or other person under subsection 1 or 2 of section 361.262 , and such court shall have jurisdiction to stay such suspension or prohibition.
