Text

1.  A foreign limited partnership authorized to transact business in this state shall obtain an amended certificate of registration from the secretary of state if it changes:

(1)The name of the limited partnership;
(2)The state or country of its registration;
(3)The address of the office required to be maintained in the state of its organization by the laws of that state or if not so required of the principal office of the foreign limited partnership;
(4)The name and business address of any general partner; and
(5)The address of the office at which is kept a list of the names and addresses and capital contributions of the limited partners. 2.  The amendment shall include a certificate of existence or document of similar import duly authenticated by the secretary of state or
