The certificate of incorporation of a professional corporation or the certificate of authority of a foreign professional corporation may be forfeited by the secretary of state if the corporation fails to comply with the provisions of sections 356.011 to 356.261 which are applicable to it or if the secretary of state determines or is informed by the licensing authority that the corporation fails or has failed to comply with the requirements of the licensing authority that allow the corporation to practice any professional service as a corporation under sections 356.011 to 356.261 . Each licensing authority in this state shall promptly certify to the secretary of state the names of all such corporations that have given cause for forfeiture as provided in sections 356.011 to 356.261 , togeth
