Text

1.Every examiner shall make a full and true report of every examination made by him, verified by his oath, which examination shall comprise only facts appearing upon the books, papers, records or documents of the corporation subject to the provisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380 , or ascertained from the testimony sworn to by its officers or agents or other persons examined under oath, concerning its affairs and such conclusions and recommendations as may reasonably be warranted from the facts so disclosed.
2.The director shall grant a hearing to the corporation examined before filing any report and may withhold any report from public inspection for such time as he deems proper, and may, if he deem it for the interest of the public to do so, publish any report or the result of any e
