Text

1.  A person not a legal resident of this state may be licensed to act in this state as an enrollment representative upon compliance with the provisions of this chapter provided that the state in which the person resides will accord the same privilege to a resident of this state.  The director is authorized to enter into reciprocal agreements with the appropriate official of any other state waiving the written examination of any applicant residing in the other state; provided, the director deems the applicant fully qualified and competent; and

(1)That a written examination is required of applicants for similar licenses in the other state; and
(2)That the appropriate official in that state certifies that the applicant holds a currently valid license of similar type in that state and e
