Text

Any individual member of a corporation subject to the provisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380 who believes himself to be aggrieved by any act or omission of such corporation or its officers, directors, or employees may file a statement in writing of his grievance in the office of the director, and the director may make such investigation of such grievance as he deems appropriate.  No such investigation by the director shall act as a bar to any suit in a court of competent jurisdiction instituted by any such member, or as a bar to any defense thereto by the corporation involved.
