Text

1.  A foreign limited liability company authorized to transact business in the state shall obtain an amended certificate of registration from the secretary of state if it changes:

(1)The name of the limited liability company;
(2)The state or country of its registration. 2.  The amendment shall include a certificate of existence or document of similar import duly authenticated by the secretary of state or other official having custody of the records in the state or country under whose laws it is registered, such document should be dated within sixty calendar days from filing for acceptance. 3.  The fee for filing an amended certificate of registration shall be twenty dollars.
