1.A nonresident of this state who has complied with the provisions of sections 339.511 , 339.513 , 339.515 , and 339.517 may obtain certification as a state-certified real estate appraiser or licensure as a state-licensed real estate appraiser by conforming to all of the provisions of sections 339.500 to 339.549 relating to state-certified real estate appraisers or state-licensed real estate appraisers.
2.Every applicant for certification or licensure pursuant to sections 339.500 to 339.545 who is not a resident of this state shall submit, with the application for certification, an irrevocable consent that service of process in any action against the applicant arising out of the applicant's activities as a state-certified real estate appraiser or state-licensed real estate appraiser m
