Text
The Missouri board of pharmacy, in consultation with the Missouri department of health and senior services, shall be authorized to expend, allocate, or award funds appropriated to the board to private or public entities to develop a drug take-back program. Such program shall collect and dispose of Schedule II and III controlled substances, as described in section 195.017 .
