Text

1.An applicant who has not been previously examined in this state or another jurisdiction and meets the qualifications of subsection 1 of section 334.530 , or an applicant applying for reinstatement of an inactive license under a supervised active practice, may pay a temporary license fee and submit an agreement-to-supervise form, which is signed by the applicant's supervising physical therapist, to the board and obtain without examination a nonrenewable temporary license.  Such temporary licensee may only engage in the practice of physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.  The supervising physical therapist shall hold an unencumbered license to practice physical therapy in this state and shall provide the board proof of active clinical practice in this sta
