Text
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, except where some penalty is otherwise provided, shall upon conviction thereof be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars, nor more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and jail sentence.
