Text
There shall be a division within the department of public safety known as the "Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control", which shall have as its chief executive officer the supervisor of alcohol and tobacco control appointed pursuant to section 311.610 . All references to the division of liquor control and the supervisor of liquor control in the statutes shall mean the division of alcohol and tobacco control and the supervisor of alcohol and tobacco control.
