Text
1.No person shall possess intoxicating liquor in any quantity for any purpose in the state of Missouri which has not been lawfully manufactured.
2.No person shall possess intoxicating liquor within the state of Missouri for sale in any quantity, or for any other purpose in any quantity, in excess of five gallons, unless the required inspection, labeling or gauging fee or license has been paid thereon, except that persons licensed by the supervisor of liquor control as manufacturers, blenders, or distillers of intoxicating liquor may possess intoxicating liquor in this state in bulk without having paid the fees above referred to when it is to be used only in manufacturing, blending, or distilling intoxicating liquor, and subject to such regulations as the supervisor of liquor control m
