Text

A certificate of title for an outboard motor or vessel issued in the name of only one person, on application of that person and payment of the fee required for an original certificate of title, may be surrendered to and a new certificate issued by the director of revenue in the name of that person and one or more other persons; and the current valid certificate of number shall be so transferred into the names of the owners shown on the new certificate.
