Text
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or of sections 307.020 to 307.295 , for which no specific punishment is provided, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
