Text

1.  An out-of-state show promoter of recreational vehicles, as that term is defined in section 700.010 , may hold recreational vehicle shows or exhibits with recreational vehicles within this state if the following conditions exist:

(1)The show or exhibition has a minimum of ten recreational vehicle dealers licensed as motor vehicle dealers in this state; and
(2)More than fifty percent of the participating recreational vehicle dealers are licensed motor vehicle dealers in this state. 2.  A violation of subsection 1 of this section shall result in a five thousand dollar fine.
