Text
1.Any vehicle owner who has obtained an annual emblem-use authorization statement from the Lions Club may, subject to the registration fees provided in section 301.055 , apply for Lions Club license plates for any motor vehicle such person owns, other than a commercial motor vehicle licensed for a gross weight in excess of twenty-four thousand pounds. The Lions Club hereby authorizes the use of its official emblem to be affixed on multiyear license plates as provided in this section. Any vehicle owner may annually apply for the use of the emblem.
2.Upon annual application and payment of a twenty-five dollar emblem-use contribution to the Lions Club, the Lions Club shall issue to the vehicle owner, without further charge, an emblem-use authorization statement, which shall be presente
