Text

1.Any Missouri resident may receive special license plates as prescribed in this section after an annual payment of an emblem-use authorization fee to the Association of Missouri Electric Cooperatives.  The Association of Missouri Electric Cooperatives hereby authorizes the use of its official lineman emblem to be affixed on multiyear personalized license plates as provided in this section for any vehicle the person owns, either solely or jointly.  Any contribution to such association derived from this section, except reasonable administrative costs, shall be used solely for financial assistance for lineman training programs.  Any Missouri resident may annually apply to the association for the use of the emblem.
