Text

1.Any vehicle owner may apply for "FIGHT TERRORISM" license plates for any motor vehicle the person owns, either solely or jointly, other than an apportioned motor vehicle or a commercial motor vehicle licensed in excess of twenty-four thousand pounds gross weight.  Upon making an annual twenty-five dollar contribution to the antiterrorism fund established pursuant to section 41.033 , the vehicle owner may apply for the "FIGHT TERRORISM" plate .  If the contribution is made directly to the Missouri office of homeland security it shall issue the individual making the contribution a receipt, verifying the contribution, that may be used to apply for the "FIGHT TERRORISM" license plate.  If the contribution is made directly to the director of revenue pursuant to section 301.3031, the directo
