Text

1.Any vehicle owner who has obtained an annual emblem-use authorization statement from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy may, subject to the registration fees provided in section 301.055 , apply for St. Louis College of Pharmacy license plates for any motor vehicle such person owns, either solely or jointly, other than an apportioned motor vehicle or a commercial motor vehicle licensed in excess of twenty-four thousand pounds gross weight.  The St. Louis College of Pharmacy hereby authorizes the use of its official emblem to be affixed on multiyear license plates as provided in this section.  Any vehicle owner may annually apply for the use of the emblem.  Any contribution to the St. Louis College of Pharmacy derived from this section, except reasonable administrative costs, shall be use
