Text

1.Whenever a vehicle owner pursuant to this chapter makes an application for a military license plate, the director of revenue shall notify the applicant that the applicant may make a voluntary contribution of ten dollars to the World War I memorial trust fund established pursuant to this section.  Whenever a vehicle owner pursuant to this chapter makes an application for a license plate, other than a military license plate previously described, the director of revenue shall notify the applicant that the applicant may make a voluntary contribution of one dollar to the World War I memorial trust fund established pursuant to this section.  The director shall transfer all contributions collected to the state treasurer for credit to and deposit in the trust fund.
