Text
1.Whenever a vehicle owner pursuant to this chapter makes an application for a military license plate, the director of revenue shall notify the applicant that the applicant may make a voluntary contribution of ten dollars to the World War II memorial trust fund established pursuant to this section. The director shall transfer all contributions collected to the state treasurer for credit to and deposit in the trust fund. Beginning August 28, 2013, the director of revenue shall no longer collect the contribution authorized by this section.
2.There is established in the state treasury the "World War II Memorial Trust Fund". The state treasurer shall credit to and deposit in the World War II memorial trust fund all amounts received pursuant to this section, and any other amounts which
