Text

1.  Every licensee shall maintain for three years a record of:

(1)Date of application of certificate of title of vehicles;
(2)Name and address of the owner;
(3)Name of the manufacturer;
(4)Vehicle identification number and year of manufacture;
(5)Style of vehicle;
(6)Odometer setting. 2.  Any record kept pursuant to subsection 1 of this section shall be open to inspection by any authorized representative of the department, member of the Missouri highway patrol or any authorized peace officer during reasonable business hours.
