Text

1.No person shall carry on or conduct a business, the purpose of which is to act as an agent for a fee in obtaining a certificate of ownership of a motor vehicle, unless licensed to do so by the department of revenue.
2.Application for license shall be submitted by July first of each year and shall be made on the form the department prescribes, containing the name of the applicant, the address where business is to be conducted, the resident's address, if the applicant is an individual, the names and residents' addresses of the partners of the applicant, if a partnership, the names and residents' addresses of the principal officers of the applicant and the state of its incorporation, if a corporation.  The application shall be verified by the oath or affirmation of the applicant, or if
