Text

There shall be no fee charged for one set of license plates issued to an eligible person under the provisions of sections 301.071 to 301.075 .  A second or subsequent set of license plates issued to the eligible person under these sections shall be subject to regular registration fees and the fee required for personalized license plates under section 301.144 .
