Text

1.Trade secret claims by an employer shall be made to the department and subject to the same protection as and treated in a manner similar to and authorized by Title III, Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know, of the federal Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, Public Law 99-499.
2.No officer, employee, or agent of any state or municipal department, agency, commission members, members and employees of district and local emergency planning committees, or authority shall disclose to anyone in any manner any record or portions thereof protected pursuant to the provisions of sections 292.600 to 292.625 and Title III, Emergency Response and Community Right-to-Know, of the federal Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, Public Law 99-499, which are wi
