Text

1.Every employer shall provide information and reports regarding the properties and nature of the hazardous substances which he stores, uses or produces to the local fire protection service, the department and the local emergency planning committee.  Requirements for information under this subsection may be satisfied by the employer through the submission of an annual Tier II form as defined in 40 CFR Part 370 or other alternative methods of reporting approved by the department.  Submittal to the department of a Tier II form or any other alternative method of reporting approved by the department shall satisfy the reporting requirements to the Missouri emergency response commission as directed under Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986.
