Text
The commission shall take all proceedings necessary to mediate the dispute concerning the payment of any sums alleged to be due and unpaid to the female employees. The commission shall have the power to issue such regulations not inconsistent with the purpose and provisions of sections 290.400 to 290.450 , as it deems necessary or appropriate for the administration thereof.
