Text
1.All moneys received pursuant to section 302 of the Federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C.A. Sec. 502), as amended, shall be expended solely for the purposes and in the amounts necessary for the proper and efficient administration of the employment security law.
2.The state of Missouri hereby recognizes its obligation to replace in the unemployment compensation administration fund within a reasonable time, moneys received pursuant to section 302 of the Federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C.A. Sec. 502), as amended, which have been lost or been expended for purposes other than or in amounts in excess of those found necessary by the Secretary of Labor for the proper administration of the employment security law, and that moneys received pursuant to said provision of the Social Security
