Text
1.There is hereby created in the state treasury the "Unemployment Automation Fund", which shall consist of money collected pursuant to section 288.133 , and such other state funds appropriated by the general assembly. The state treasurer shall be custodian of the fund and may approve disbursements from the fund in accordance with sections 30.170 and 30.180 . Upon appropriation, money in the fund shall be used solely for the purpose of providing automated systems, and the payment of associated costs, to improve the administration of the state's unemployment insurance program. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 33.080 to the contrary, all moneys remaining in the fund at the end of the biennium shall not revert to the credit of the general revenue fund.
